This page summarises the standard terms under which Everabit(Pty) Ltd engages with clients for recruitment services.

Fee basis

Our placement fee is a percentage of the candidate's guaranteed first-year package.

Invoicing

Invoices are raised on the candidate's confirmed start date.

Replacement guarantee

If a placed candidate leaves within a defined window of their start date, we will run a replacement search at no additional fee.

These terms are indicative. Any actual engagement is governed by a signed agreement between Everabit and the client.
